    The day begins with a guided tour of the San Pier Damiani Dairy, where you can observe all the stages of the production of Parmigiano Reggiano up close.

    After this immersion in the world of the King of cheeses, the experience continues in the heart of the historic center of Parma, a few steps from Piazza Duomo, at Maman Louise’s home. Here you will be welcomed into an intimate and convivial home restaurant, where a lunch or dinner awaits you based on authentic dishes of Parmesan cuisine, prepared with seasonal ingredients and accompanied, of course, by Parmigiano Reggiano from the dairy you have just visited.

    • Visit to the Dairy: from 9 am, cost €25 to be paid at the Dairy on the day of the visit
    • Lunch or dinner at Maman Louise’s house: you will be contacted to decide whether to have lunch or dinner. Cost €60 to be paid directly to the chef.

    Visit to the dairy with Cooking Class

    120.00 5 hours

    The visits with cooking class take place on Wednesday and Saturday.
    You must receive a booking confirmation to participate.

    The tour starts at 8:30 in the dairy with the visit to the dairy where you will witness all the stages of the production of Parmigiano Reggiano, at at the end of the visit, around 10:30 there will be a tasting and the opportunity to purchase our products at a discounted price .

    From 11:00 to 14:00 we move to Cristina where the cooking class will be held (max 6-8 people). With our trusted chef they will prepare and taste typical dishes of the Parmesan cuisine and prepared with our Parmigiano Reggiano (the menu consists of an appetizer, first course, dessert, wine, coffee and water).
